How fast can I get an inspection?+
In most metro markets, we can dispatch a R8TR the same day. Rural or remote locations may take 24–48 hours. Enterprise subscribers get priority dispatch, which puts them at the front of the queue. Once the inspection is complete, the report is typically delivered within a few hours.
What if the vehicle is in a remote area?+
Our network spans all 50 states with 14,000+ credentialed inspectors. We cover the vast majority of zip codes. If a vehicle is in an extremely remote location, we'll let you know the timeline upfront before dispatch — no surprises.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time. Unused inspections from your current billing cycle don't roll over, but you won't be charged again after cancellation.
What credentials do your inspectors have?+
Every R8TR in our network is a credentialed field professional — former dealership technicians, certified appraisers, licensed inspectors, and automotive professionals with verified experience. All go through our vetting process before activation.
Do you integrate with our DMS or CRM?+
Enterprise subscribers have access to DMS and CRM integration. We work with the major platforms to push inspection reports directly into your existing workflow. Our team walks through integration options during onboarding.
What's included in the "3 bonus inspections" offer?+
When you sign up for any tier, we add 3 additional inspections to your first month at no extra cost. Starter gets 5 instead of 2, Professional gets 7 instead of 4, Enterprise gets 9 instead of 6. Same full reports, same quality.
